A short situational diagnostic across the four things great product managers are made of: Judgment, Trust, Markets, and Build. No grade, no leaderboard — a clear picture of where you are, to guide where you grow next.
A profile across all four buckets plus your maturity quadrant — a mirror, never a verdict.
A short diagnostic reads each founder's AI fluency and returns one comparable signal — Strong, Watchlist, or Emerging — so diligence is sharper and your reasoning holds up. It informs invest/pass; it is never a fundability score.

Heyken runs the diagnostic on your real cohort — each founder plus a reference — and delivers the full AI-readiness dashboard, founder deep-dives, and a partner-ready readout. One batch, fixed scope, available now.
Open any founder for a per-competency narrative and the answers behind each level.
See how this cohort compares against every prior batch you’ve diligenced.
Pin two or three founders and contrast their profiles competency by competency.
One click to a clean, citation-ready summary for your IC deck or diligence memo.
Turn each founder’s thinner competencies into sharp follow-ups for your call.
Run the same framework for designers, leaders, or students — content changes, output stays.
People as the investment. AI as the multiplier.
I run product and AI enablement — I help leaders, and the people who back them, see capability clearly and put it to work. My belief is simple: people want to do their best work, and the best ROI always starts with people. Relationships first, technology second.
For 8+ years I've enabled technical leadership and individual contributors at Uber, Airbnb, and Faire, collaborating on talent accelerators built on objective, crisp competency frameworks. At LATAM Airlines I designed an AI-native skills framework and diagnostic adopted across product roles. I immerse in an organization, learn its culture, find the systemic gaps, and build the frameworks that let teams scale past being held together by human glue — using storytelling and facilitation to bridge the technical and the non-technical.
Heyken started with a friend trying to get honest about their own AI fluency — where they were strong, where they were bluffing — with nowhere good to look. Then a small-business owner asked me the same question about their sales team. Same question, different scale. I got curious, saw the pattern, and built the thing I wished both of them had: a clear, judgment-free read on where you are with AI, so you know where to grow next. I built it for my neighbor, my friends, and my former colleagues — all of us figuring out this new era together.
Designed an AI-native skills framework and diagnostic adopted across product roles — the closest precursor to Heyken.
Enabling technical leadership and individual contributors inside some of the most demanding product organizations in tech.
Collaborated on talent accelerators grounded in objective, crisp competency frameworks — the foundation Heyken is built on.
The Heyken methodology: objective competencies, a 1–5 scale, multi-source scoring, and a visual-first read — never one anxious number.
